This image will be included in a street photography exhibition at the Xposure 2024, International Photography Festival  being held in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It received an honorable mention in the 2023 Paris International Street Photo Awards (PISPA) and was invited to take part in PISPA’s group exhibition. Xposure 2024 will take place from February 28 through March 5 at the Expo Centre in Sharjah.

I took this photograph just over a year ago. In the past year it has been included in two other street photography group exhibitions which were held in 2023 – A Wall of Women by Women, Curated by the Unexposed Collective, at the Ballarat International Foto Biennale in Ballarat, Australia and Thresholds: Street Photography Now at the Los Angeles Center of Photography.
